Add-on Module - EZ!PM
EZ!PM is an integrated functional module of Easy!Flow and Easy!TTS Pro that provides software project management functions such as project planning, progress tracking, risk management, etc. The PM Gantt chart not only provides an up-to-date project progress view to all team members, but also allows you to dig into detailed development status of a specific task.
EZ!PM allows you to put a project plan together by defining tasks and dependency among them, assigning tasks to team members, setting start and end dates, and establishing task-tracking ticket relationship. Task % completion can be calculated automatically by the system or the individual task assignee can update it manually to keep all team members informed of project progress. When questions arise to a specific task, one click will get to the details of all work items (tracking tickets) related to the task. Color coded ticket statuses enable managers to easily identify any bottleneck or potential schedule delays.
EZ!PM supports import/export XML data file to/from Microsoft Project and Open Project.
