Easy!Flow & Easy!TTS Pro v10.1 Released

Easy! Software announces the release of Easy!Flow v10.1 on April 15, 2010.

Easy!Flow™ is an integrated project management and development process management solution. It seamlessly integrates project management, requirement management, change management, issue tracking, configuration management, document control, quality assurance and peer review functions into a team-oriented collaboration tool. It improves team productivity and product quality, as well as shortens project release cycles.

What’s New in Easy!Flow v10.1

  • Requirement Management Functional Module:

    • This is an optional add-on module for Easy!Flow and Easy!TTS Pro.

    • All requirement-related activities are conveniently accessible from one well organized screen.

    • Requirement Objects of a release, contained in a specified folder, or from a pre-defined query result are presented in a hierarchical tree grid view. Displayed properties (status, deadline, assignee, etc.) of the requirement objects are customizable by each user.

    • Detailed requirement object view is presented in a separate pane next to the tree grid for convenient access also is tabbed to accommodate multiple requirement objects access.

    • Requirement specification can be entered:

      • directly via the requirement description pane

      • by attaching the requirement documents to the requirement object

      • associating the version controlled requirement documents to a requirement object

  • Rich Text editor option for editing ticket description.

  • Add calendar and multiple dropdown selections to the customized field.

  • Ticket cloning includes customized fields.

  • Implemented PM Gantt task sort id to accommodate new task insertion that preserves task position.

  • In PM Gantt, add a new (right-click) dropdown menu item, which allows users to create a new ticket that is associated with the task.

  • “Ticket Tip” (a tool-tip like pop-up to capture key info about a ticket) to PM Gantt ticket field.

  • “Resource” dropdown list is sorted alphanumerically in PM Gantt, and its operation is now more intuitive and easier.

  • The query result output now can be customized by each user for the displayed columns and their order.
